Xenium is looking for an HR Generalist who would work on site to support the needs of one of our clients located in Hillsboro. The ideal candidate would be results oriented, collaborative, creative, and a strategic partner who appreciates being an active contributor to our team.
In addition to being the clients’ primary point of contact for HR questions and concerns, duties of this position include:
- Implementation and administration of new hires
- Termination processes; including exit interviews
- Benefits management and renewal
- Recruiting
- Management of performance reviews
- Updating and maintaining job descriptions
- Managing affirmative action plan tracking
