On October 6th, at the Atrium at Montgomery Park, Xenium will host a special event for business leaders called Emerging Employer Model for Growing Businesses.
This marks the third consecutive year Xenium has hosted the event for Portland business leaders.
The complimentary event features a panel of business leaders, including Gayle White,  Executive Director of Schoolhouse Supplies, Josh Aller, CEO of Spot Metrix, Jim Grew, President of The Grew Company and Fran Barnwell, Partner of Bullard Law.
Emerging Employer Model for Growing Businesses is a panel discussion where each of the panelists will offer their experience and knowledge in working with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), which include the pros and cons from a business leader perspective.
9 out of 10 business managers on the east coast fully grasp what a PEO brings to their business, however, PEOs on the west coast are slowly becoming recognized as an alternative to managing human resource functions in-house.This event aims to educate Portland business leaders on the advantages of this model.
Join us on October 6th @ 8:00 AM.
