In October 2011, Patty Groman joined the Xenium team as a Human Resource Business Partner. She brings twelve years of business experience in management, human resources, finance and operations.
Patty has worked in a variety of human resource environments including the restaurant, financial services and high level staffing industries. Her diverse background brings a unique combination of leadership, operations and HR experience that will make her a perfect fit to the Xenium human resources team.
Patty attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and graduated from Portland State University with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, including Management and Human Resources. Patty also obtained her PHR Certification in June of 2009.
In her free time, Patty enjoys running on a muddy trail, going on an adventure with her two boys or hopping on an airplane to visit loved ones.

Patty: Go for a run on muddy trails, play with my children, cook and travel
