As the flowers and gifts begin to arrive today, some employers may find themselves keeping a watchful eye on certain employees for evidence of an office romance, and those watchful eyes may be on to something. According to a recent survey by CareerBuilder.com, 37% of workers have dated someone they have worked with over the course of their career. Unfortunately, the prevalence of workplace romances does not make them any less sticky a subject for employers.
