The Oregon and Washington minimum wage rates will increase for the 2012 year. The new rates are effective January 1, 2012:
- Oregon will increase from $8.50 to $8.80/hr.
- Washington will increase from $8.67 to $9.04/hr.
Oregon and Washington have the nation’s high minimum wage rates.
