Bill Cushard of Mindflash wrote a post offering some ideas business leaders should consider in order to enhance their workforce. Below are a few ideas I felt were more on the progressive side and worthy of consideration by business leaders.
- Take some money out of your tuition assistance program and give your employees the option to attend a conference. Let them choose something relevant to attend.
- Offer them $75/year for a book budget.
- Create a company blog and let ALL of your employees know that they can write for it.
