Description:
Xenium, a full service HR Consulting firm, is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales & marketing department in Tualatin, Oregon.
Duties:
This position will report to and work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist to support the administrative sales & marketing functions including:
– Support sales team with proposal development
– CRM administration including lead list development, data-entry, reporting
– Support the design & execution of outbound marketing campaigns
– Contribute and/or research content for articles, blog posts, client features and press releases
– Assist in building/distributing monthly newsletter and training invitations
– Manage event registration and coordinates events with support team
– Assist in developing client case studies (video, written copy, etc.)
– Update website and blog in coordination with Senior Marketing Specialist
– Search engine marketing (manages Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated writing skills (editing, creating/modifying copy)
– Demonstrated experience with MS Office
– Experience with PhotoShop & InDesign preferred
– Must possess excellent verbal communications skills
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment
– Bachelors Degree in marketing or related field preferred
– Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required
