Operations Assistant

Xenium, a full service HR Consulting firm, is seeking an Operations Assistant. Our client service philosophy dedicates a team of HR Business Partners, Benefits Specialists and Payroll Specialists to our clients so they have immediate, professional assistance with the continuity of one service team. Xenium works within our client’s culture to bring meaningful HR performance to serve the short and long-term needs of the company and their employees. The Operations Assistant will provide support to all departments with various projects and services provided to multiple internal and external customers.

Key Elements to the Position

– Assists Payroll, Human Resource, Accounting and Benefit departments with projects, as needed.
– Maintains file systems.
– Audits I-9’s for accuracy and follows up on incomplete documents.
– Processes out-going mail, FedEx and courier for all departments, as well sorting and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
– Orders office supplies, which includes taking inventory and processing order requests.
– Participates in coverage schedule for front office reception.
