Human Resource Business Partner
The HR Business Partner provides account management and HR generalist support to multiple client accounts. Responsible for management and delivery of all Xenium HR products/services, including employee relations, new hire and termination process, benefits management, complaint investigations, compliance review and best practice recommendations, training development and delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience required
- Client Account Management experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree in HR or related field preferred
- Proven track record with customer service and project management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem
solving skills required.
This position requires work outside of the office / visits to clients’ work sites.
