Health Care Reform became official September 23, 2010. In the months since Health Care Reform was passed by Congress, there have been a dizzying amount of regulations, FAQs, and interpretive bulletins issued by the multiple government agencies overseeing Health Care Reform. In addition, there have been rulings on 2 court cases and a midterm election all with impact on the future of health care reform. This seminar will address health care reform in general, provided updated guidance based on regulation and guidance issued, discuss the impact of the midterm elections and raise practical issues for group health plans.
