Here’s what we planned (and accomplished!) in 2024:

Advanced Reporting in Prism’s Report Center

We launched a new easy-to-use reporting tool that allows more flexibility to build and save report views – it’s easier than ever to quickly find what you’re looking for!

Enhanced Employee Portal User Interface

We gave the Employee Portal a modern facelift! The updated appearance makes the user experience easier for your employees and managers. Built with accessibility in mind, tasks are now more intuitive and tools easier to find.

Manager Tools Inside Employee Portal for a Unified Experience

Managers now have the ability to view reports and act on everyday tasks like time approval directly from their Employee Portal. This unified experience maintains role-based security so your managers only see what they have access to—but can now easily toggle between their own employee portal and manager tools. You’ll also continue to see improvements made into 2025. 

Employee Portal Alerts Feature

We launched an Employee Portal Alerts feature that allows administrators to communicate important information to employees when they log in to the portal. It’s a great way to ensure critical messages are seen by your team.

More Ongoing Training for Technology Tools

We expanded our training resources with more videos, webinars, and Help Center articles to help you and your managers better leverage the Prism features available.

Performance Management Technology with ClearCompany

We introduced a new performance management technology through our partnership with ClearCompany. Now, it’s easier than ever to customize your performance management approach, align on goals, increase employee engagement, and get insights into your workforce with on-demand reporting.

Pay Card Solution
We’ll be adding a new Pay Card solution that offers a convenient, secure, and efficient way for employees to access their wages. This feature simplifies payroll distribution and provides flexibility for employees who need an alternative to traditional banking.

Voluntary Pet Benefit/Insurance Offerings
We know that pets are part of the family! In 2025, we’ll be offering voluntary pet benefits and insurance options to help your employees take care of their furry friends. This benefit can enhance your overall employee benefits package and contribute to employee satisfaction.

New Timekeeping Option
We’re excited to introduce a new, advanced timekeeping solution. This innovative tool is designed to improve efficiency for managers and administrators while prioritizing ease-of-use for employees. With intuitive time tracking, seamless integration with payroll, customizable approval workflows, real-time reporting, and advanced scheduling options, managing employee time and attendance has never been easier.

Quickbooks API Integration
Are you a Quickbooks Online user? We are excited to release a fully automated API integration to this popular small business accounting software. The built-in scheduler ensures general ledger data is posted without any manual steps.
