- Introduced a new team at Xenium – Client Success! By dedicating resources to client success, we saw even proactive support and quicker issue resolution.
- Added a dedicated Training Manager to oversee job proficiency – we ramped our teams up because we know how important our expertise is.
- Executed our 2023 Product Road Map to bring new offerings and improve the overall user experience of our Payroll & Benefits platform – we added Document Storage, Earned Wage Access, New State Set Up, E-Verify, Crim-Check, and are in the early stages of implementing a performance management system.
What we heard from this year’s survey is that clients love that we’re experts and bring that into every conversation, we build lasting relationships and partnerships, we provide friendly service, adapt to each unique situation, and have the tools and resources to solve real problems.
We also heard some great feedback about how we can continue to evolve and get better. So here are the actions we’re taking to improve in 2024:
