Coming up on August 16th, 2011, Xenium will host two training sessions on the topics of customer service and organizing emails and meetings.
The sessions will feature Kathe Grooms, Managing Director of Grooms Consulting Group and Molly Kelley, HR Business Partner, Xenium. Grooms will lead the session in the morning on “Get Control of Emails, Info and Meetings” and Kelley will lead the afternoon session on “Customer Service: An Inside Job.”
“Getting Control of Emails, Info and Meetings” is a Hot Topic session for the month of August and is $25 for Xenium Clients and $50 for all guests. “Customer Service: An Inside Job” is a regular Workshop and is complimentary for Xenium Clients and $100 for all Guests.
