This week, the EEOC announced that they will begin collecting 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data on April 26, 2021. The process for collecting 2019 data had been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The deadline for submitting 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data will be Monday, July 19, 2021.
