In June 2012, Erin Lang and Tyler Meuwissen joined Xenium HR as Human Resource Representative and Human Resource Coordinator respectively. Erin and Tyler represent the ever-expanding HR team committed to developing great employers by implementing HR best practice solutions to well-intended organizations.
As an HR Representative, Erin Lang brings seven years of experience in HR, account services and operations. Her diverse background includes expertise in employee communications, hiring and training coordination.
Erin graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and minor in Japanese. In addition to three years of professional HR experience, Erin has obtained her HR Management certification from Portland State University.
In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, going to concerts and being spoiled by the amazing food scene in Portland. She loves her husband, Jeremy, cat, Aretha, and a good Willamette Valley pinot.
As an HR Coordinator, Tyler Meuwissen assists the HR team in the coordination of various HR project and service deliverables. Tyler graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Management and Human Resource Management.
Tyler has previously interned with an equipment sales and service company where he was responsible for creating and implementing an injury and illness prevention program.
In his off hours, Tyler enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, listening to music, and watching movies. He enjoys hiking, camping, and wine touring with his fiancée, Alexi.
