At Xenium, it’s always been about the people. We can’t support you and your people without taking care of our own. Which is why we’re so proud to announce the Portland Business Journal has awarded us with second place in their Oregon’s Healthiest Employer program. To be recognized for the ways we’ve demonstrated innovation and leadership in our wellness is affirming. What’s been even more affirming is how our employees feel about it.

One of the ways we’ve worked to weave health into our workplace culture is our LiveWell annual wellness program. Employees complete preventative appointments, health assessments, a walking challenge, and other optional wellness activities. With over 90% of eligible employees participating, the numbers show prioritizing health matters to more than just employers.

Putting mental health first is another way that we’ve weathered the storm of the past couple of years and continue to see our employees thrive. From bumping up one-on-ones, providing webinars on self-care, and offering a quarterly massage therapy benefit, we’ve found that listening to our employees and understanding their needs allows us to create a work environment where everyone can bring their best self to work.
