The Oregon Health Authority released this notice to provide clarification on the Governor’s face-covering order in public spaces/businesses for several counties in Oregon.
The order is effective June 24th for the following counties: Clackamas, Hood River, Lincoln, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, and Washington.
The order states that face coverings will be required in the following businesses within the counties referenced above:
- Grocery stores
- Fitness-related organizations
- Pharmacies
- Public transit agencies and providers
- Personal services providers
- Restaurants, bars, breweries, brewpubs, wineries, tasting room, and distilleries
- Retail stores, shopping centers, and malls
- Ridesharing services
- Phase Two counties only:
- Indoor licensed swimming pool, licensed spa pool, and sports court operators
- Indoor entertainment facility operators
- Indoor recreational sports operators for specified sports
- Indoor venue operators
