Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued a Stay at Home order yesterday. Under the order, specific businesses are directed to close their operations effective 12:01 am, March 24, 2020.
Effective March 25, 2020, the order also mandates that businesses and non-profits, which are not under the order, must facilitate telework or work-at-home to the maximum extent possible. When telework or work-at-home options are not available, businesses and non-profits must designate an employee or officer to establish, implement, and enforce social distancing policies consistent with guidance from the Oregon Health Authority.
