Washington law now requires all employers to post a notice regarding domestic violence resources in a place where other required employment posters are posted. The law went into effect on July 28, 2019, however, the Employment Security Department just made the poster available on their site last week.
Posters can be accessed via the Washington Employment Security Department’s website in English and in Spanish.
