Employee Experience Representative

Education
B.S. in Health & Human Performance & a minor in Psychology, University of Montana; pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Colorado State University Global

Dani joined Xenium’s Employee Experience Team in November 2021 where she works directly with the employees of our clients to trouble shoot and support their HR administrative needs. She brings a varied resume of administrative experience to this role, having worked most recently in the healthcare field. While taking some HR courses post-graduation, she realized that the field is a perfect fit for her. This is what attracted her to Xenium.

The University of Montana is where Dani earned her B.S. degree in Health & Human Performance, while also earning a minor in Psychology and playing Division I soccer. She is currently pursuing her online master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global.

Dani was born and raised in Henderson, Nevada before moving to Missoula, Montana for college. She has officially fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest since moving to Portland in September of 2020.

The outdoors are a part of Dani – she loves mountain biking and golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. You might also find her attending a sporting event or the latest movie release in a theater. Adventure is part of her makeup – taking off on road trips or watching thriller movies – and she also enjoys trying a new neighborhood restaurant or coffee shop while she’s exploring a new city.
