I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: Xenium HR has again been honored with ClearlyRated’s Best of HR Services Award for Service Excellence—our fifth year in a row! This distinction, especially the “Diamond Award” status we’ve achieved, means a great deal to our entire team and me personally.
Why is this so significant? In short, consistency. Year after year, we continue to earn high satisfaction scores from our clients. With 246 of our clients providing comprehensive feedback, we scored an impressive Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 59%, well above the industry average of 43%. Even more exciting: 67.1% of our clients rated our service a 9 or 10 out of 10 (versus the industry’s 55%). These numbers tell a story of a team that’s committed to delivering truly exceptional service—even as HR regulations, client needs, and the business environment keep evolving.

Reflecting on this recognition, I’m reminded that HR has changed dramatically in the past five years, especially around compliance, technology, and employee experience. We’ve had to navigate:

- And a near-constant technology evolution in HR and payroll

I firmly believe in staying close to the work. Even as a VP, I keep a client portfolio so I can experience the challenges, changes, and complexities our partners face daily. This involvement helps me guide our teams more effectively and ensures we remain nimble, practical, and well-informed. Having a hand in the work really is meaningful. I love spending time in the field with clients.
Looking Ahead: Striving for the Next Milestone
We don’t know exactly what the 10-year award might be called—Platinum, perhaps?—but we plan to earn it. HR will continue to grow more nuanced, especially as organizations grapple with:
