Gabrielle is the first Client Development Coordinator at Xenium HR. She joined the team in February of 2021 and was drawn to Xenium for its positive and supportive culture. She loves the intentional effort Xenium makes to emphasize fun, recognition, and growth within the community.

In her current role, Gabrielle collaborates with the Sales and Marketing departments by managing all incoming sales leads as well as working in an outbound lead development system to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Through building and cultivating prospect relationships, she leverages her customer engagement skill set, which she developed at Nordstrom – the gold standard for customer service.

Seattle University is her alma mater, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Minor in French. During college, she had the opportunity to study French abroad at the University of Grenoble in France and Gaston Berger University in Senegal. She is also a proud alumnus of Seattle University Choirs and continues to sing with their community choir post-graduation.

Gabrielle is an Oregon native and grew up in Beaverton. She attended St. Mary’s Academy and served as an Abby’s Closet Student Advisory Board Member throughout high school. She is passionate about environmental justice, women’s equality, and the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, sewing her own clothing, cooking and baking.
