This anonymous online survey, facilitated by Xenium HR, asks 32 questions that reveal what people really value and want from their employer, workplace, team, and job. A combination of multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank answers allows you to receive unfiltered thoughts and feedback from your employees.

How to participate
It’s just three simple steps.
1. Choose one representative as the main point of contact for the survey
2. Have your organization’s representative click the sign-up button to register your company. We’ll instantly send you:
- Your Organization’s unique Access Code
- Survey in web-based and PDF formats in both English and Spanish
- Email Template to Send to Your Employees
3. Have your organization’s representative send your employees an email and other communication to fill out the survey by September 15, 2023.
During the open survey time, we’ll provide regular status updates with how many completed surveys have been taken by your employees.
