Sheila serves as an Employee Experience Team Supervisor at Xenium, where she leads the Experience Team (EET). In this role, she oversees the EET team that supports employees of Xenium’s integrated clients with a wide range of needs, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Sheila’s background in technical recruiting, combined with her administrative experience at the federal probation office, provides her with a unique skill set that enhances her ability to address diverse employee concerns effectively.
A Portland native with family roots in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sheila graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth is evident in her current pursuit of an MBA at Willamette University. Sheila was drawn to Xenium by the company’s collaborative team environment, its support for local businesses, and the opportunity to further her career in Human Resources.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys a variety of summertime activities, particularly spending time by the water at beaches or rivers. She values her connections with family and friends, including her beloved cat, and makes time for fitness when possible. Sheila has a passion for travel, especially trips back to Europe to visit family. In her downtime, she indulges in watching TV shows, with fondness for “The Office” and reality TV series like “Love Island.” Sheila also appreciates Mediterranean cuisine, frequenting local in Lake Oswego and Gresham.
