As a Human Resource Business Partner, Nae enjoys the opportunity to work with businesses that care deeply about doing the right thing for all stakeholders. She is dedicated to helping provide a positive employment experience that supports growth and prosperity as well as diversity, equity and inclusion.

Nae comes from a strong recruiting background for a variety of companies across a broad range of industries, including education, food service, retail, engineering, and manufacturing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Idaho with a master’s degree in Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership with a certificate in Human Resource Development. She is a Senior Certified Professional for the National Society of Human Resources Management and has been both a board member and mentor for Portland Human Resource Management Association.

Born and raised in Southern California, Nae has lived in Oregon for over ten years. She has a deep interest in supporting arts and culture, enjoys hiking, gaming, reading, and singing loudly on road trips. She has cat named Aleister and loves petting other people’s dogs.
