Lexie is a Payroll Specialist I at Xenium HR, processing payrolls for multiple clients. Lexie started at Xenium HR in 2023 as a Payroll & Tax Coordinator assisting the payroll team with the printing and distribution of checks as well as maintaining up-to-date employee information.
Lexie comes to Xenium by way of Nike. Her extensive background in retail has included both frontline experience as a sales associate working directly with customers, as well as management.
After earning an Associates of Science at Portland Community College, Lexie graduated from Portland State University and with a Bachelor of Science. She is continuing her education at Clackamas Community College, where she is pursuing a certification in Human Resource Management Essentials. She was drawn to Xenium for its company culture, and the opportunity to take on new challenges in her career.
An Oregon native, Lexie is the proud aunt of three nieces and one nephew, loves Disney films, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and is a big believer in retail therapy. Particularly shopping for Christmas decorations.
