Kim serves as Xenium’s Client Success Manager. Kim’s role is integral in our cross functional teams where she supports clients to ensure they have a positive service experience. Kim’s day to day might include support to clients with questions about the capability of our systems and supporting our team in solving problems for clients. She is adept in all facets of our industry and can dive into issues, small and large, to find a resolution that supports our team and clients. Kim often champions large projects and initiatives, along with her normal day to day Client Success work, that is focused on enhancing our client experience and “making things better” – a hallmark of her work style.

Before joining Xenium, Kim spent nine years at another Professional Employer Organization (PEO), where she rose from Account Manager to Chief Relations Officer. During her tenure, she led the company’s transition to the Prism platform, developing comprehensive expertise in all aspects of the system. She is dedicated to her fitness routine, attending Orange Theory classes five to six days a week. Kim prioritizes family activities and loves time on the water during summer months. Kim enjoys travelling where she continues to pursue her passion for exploring new restaurants, often seeking out establishments featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives”.
