Xenium HR Promotes O'Donnell, Young and Thomason to Strategic HR Partners
On November 22, 2013, Xenium employees, Kim O'Donnell, Alishia Young and Dawn Thomason, were promoted to the Strategic HR Business PartnersTualatin, Oregon – November 25, 2013 – On November 22nd, Xenium HR promoted Alishia Young, Dawn Thomason and Kim O’Donnell to new expanded roles as Strategic HR Partners. This new role for Young, Thomason and O’Donnell will focus on strategic account management and partnering with company leaders to develop and implement HR plans and people best practices that align with business objectives.
O’Donnell has been with Xenium since March 2007 where she started as a Human Resource Business Partner. She soon after became a Senior Human Resource Business Partner and worked with Xenium clients to identify and implement strategic initiatives.
Young joined Xenium in November 2005 as a Human Resource Representative and later transitioned to a Senior Human Resource Business Partner where she worked closely with Xenium clients. In addition to these roles she has continued to fulfill the internal Human Resource function for Xenium Corporate and 30+ Stoller Group Express Employment Professional franchises located throughout Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Arizona.
Thomason recently joined Xenium in July 2013 as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner. She has 20 years of experience in private sectors as well as cross-functional leadership with specific emphasis on human resources management.
