Tracy Callan is a licensed private investigator and seasoned employee relations leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex, high-stakes people-related issues. Known for her calm presence, credibility, and objectivity, she specializes in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and strategic employee relations support that protect both individuals and organizational integrity.

Licensed through the State of Oregon’s Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, Tracy earned her credentials by documenting more than 1,500 hours of investigative experience and securing professional endorsements. That rigor carries through her work. She has led hundreds of investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leadership conduct, policy violations, and workplace culture concerns. Attorneys and HR leaders rely on her for findings that are clear, defensible, and grounded in fact. As a true third-party expert, Tracy removes the bias that can exist within organizations and delivers objective insight leaders can trust when making sensitive decisions.

People respect how Tracy works with them. She connects with employees and leaders alike, allowing individuals to feel heard, even in emotionally charged situations. This leads to more candid participation, clearer facts, and stronger outcomes.

Beyond investigations, Tracy provides a wide range of employee relations and conflict-resolution services. She supports leaders with performance concerns, progressive discipline, policy interpretation, and difficult workplace decisions, including protected leave, reasonable accommodation, and separation planning. Tracy also partners closely with legal counsel and HR teams to ensure actions are consistent with company policy and employment law, helping organizations manage risk while treating people fairly and consistently.

As Manager of Xenium’s Employee Relations team, Tracy leads a group of highly experienced professionals who support organizations across industries. Her team delivers end-to-end employee relations services, from complaint intake and investigations to coaching, documentation, mediation, and executive-level consultation. Under her leadership, Xenium has expanded proactive employee relations programs designed to resolve issues earlier, strengthen workplace culture, and reduce costly escalations.

At her core, Tracy genuinely wants to help people succeed at work. She brings the same care and steadiness to her personal life, enjoying a new chapter with her husband of more than 30 years and as the parent of two grown sons, while looking ahead to what comes next.
