With over 20 years of hands-on payroll tax experience, Lori Mason brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Payroll Tax Lead at Xenium HR. Lori has learned through decades of on-the-job training since starting her career straight out of high school.
As Payroll Tax Lead, Lori manages tax payments, quarterly filings, new client setups, and account auditing and maintenance. She is focused on optimizing policies, procedures, and processes to improve department workflows.
Lori was attracted to Xenium’s emphasis on community and caring for employees. She resides in Ohio with her husband Elliott, beloved dog Calvin, and two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Lori stays busy operating her own photography studio on weekends.
In her free time, Lori pursues a variety of creative hobbies like oil painting, refinishing furniture, and sewing. She and her husband enjoy exploring area metro parks and waterfalls and trying new recipes as self-proclaimed “foodies.” Some of their favorite movies to watch together are comedies like Napoleon Dynamite and classic eighties films such as The Breakfast Club.
