Kyle joined Xenium in July 2022 and serves as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for the Consulting Team. Before joining Xenium, Kyle cultivated a strong foundation in human resources during his time at Provenance Hotels, starting as a college intern and ultimately holding the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources.
Kyle’s earliest work experience began as a child, helping out at his family’s business, Learning Palace, a retail educational toy and supply store for teachers and parents. This afforded him a unique opportunity to work with both customers and senior staff, learning the ropes from the ground up—a perspective he has carried with him throughout his career.
Kyle graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Human Resources Management. He is also SHRM-SCP certified and holds a Compensation Analyst Credential (CAC).
An Oregon native, born and raised in Portland, Kyle lives with his wife and their Goldendoodle. He loves golf, enjoys video games and watching sports, and is a beer and whiskey connoisseur.
