Jami Patrick is an HR Manager serving full-time onsite with Columbia Land Trust, where she supports the nonprofit’s team and its conservation mission.
She brings two decades of HR experience spanning food, automotive, aerospace manufacturing, and trucking and distribution. She previously served as an onsite HR Generalist at Xenium HR with New System Laundry.
Born in Oregon, Jami grew up in Southern California and Arizona, earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Japan, and later completed her MBA from Marylhurst University. She and her husband have two grown sons and a three-legged cat named Mighty. An avid hiker, foodie, and self-described Eighties music geek, Jami can often be found at alternative and New Wave shows, or anytime Depeche Mode is in town.
