Duha has an important role as an Onsite HR Generalist for one of Xenium’s clients, where she provides direct HR support in recruiting, benefits and employee relations. She brings a strong customer service background to her HR role.
Most recently, Duha worked as an HR Coordinator at Childpeace Montessori School, a Xenium client, where she managed all things HR for the organization in partnership with the Xenium team. Recruiting, onboarding, conducting background and reference checks, administering benefits, handling employee relations and maintaining OSHA compliance are some of the things that she was responsible for in this role.
Duha earned her B.S. degree in HR Management from Portland State University and is currently preparing for the aPHR certification. She plans to eventually earn her SHRM-CP certification as well.
Her direct collaboration with Xenium in a client role, and having worked with some of Xenium’s team members already, made it a very easy transition to join the team!
Duha was born in the Middle East but has lived in Oregon since she was very young. The Tigard/Beaverton area has always been her home. She loves animals and the outdoors. Her two male tuxedo cats keep her hands and heart full at home. She enjoys taking walks or hiking when the weather is nice but enjoys staying in and curling up with a good Netflix show when it’s “typical Oregon weather” outside. She loves iced coffee and her favorite food is French fries!
