Claire is a passionate Sr. Employee Experience Representative at Xenium, where she handles inquiries related to onboarding and technical support for both employees and clients. With a keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources, Claire thrives in the dynamic environment of her role, tackling diverse challenges each day.
A proud University of Oregon alumna, Claire graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in General Social Science, concentrating in Applied Economics, Business, and Society. She also earned double minors in Sports Business and Media Studies. After graduation, Claire quickly found her niche in talent acquisition, working as a recruiting coordinator at Porch Group, a Seattle-based software company, before joining Xenium.
Outside of work, Claire is a devoted dog mom to her one-year-old border collie mix, Swoosh, whom she adopted from Oregon Dog Rescue. Her passion for animal welfare extends to volunteering with the rescue organization. A die-hard Oregon Ducks fan, Claire holds season football tickets and spends many fall weekends cheering on her team in Eugene or at away games. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Portland’s taco truck scene, always on the hunt for the best street tacos in town.
