Bridget is excited to be joining the Xenium team as the HR Generalist, an internal position which puts her in the role of supporting her fellow Xenium staff members.
She brings with her 12 years of experience as the Director of HR for Catholic Charities of Oregon, a nonprofit offering assistance to immigrants, refugees, pregnant women and the homeless, where she provided support for 200 employees.
An Oregon native, Bridget grew up in Portland before pursuing a business degree from Gonzaga University and going on to graduate from Lewis and Clark Northwestern School of Law. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar (OSB).
Bridget was drawn to HR because of the emphasis on building relationships and shaping employee experience. “The culture and environment you work in is important,” she explains. “People spend a lot of time at their jobs, it’s a major part of their lives. So we should be making their experience the best one possible.”
She lives in Maywood Park with her two children, their dog Pepper, and their cat Maverick. When not exploring the Oregon coast, she can usually be found gardening, painting, and doing arts and crafts with her daughter and son.
