Annie serves as Vice President of HR Services at Xenium, bringing more than 15 years of progressive experience in human resources. Since joining the organization in 2014, Annie has held multiple roles within the HR team, demonstrating a consistent ability to guide teams, deliver strategic counsel, and foster meaningful client partnerships. In her current role, she leads a high-performing team of HR professionals who deliver expert consulting, strategic guidance, and customized HR solutions to organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest and across the country.
Annie is deeply committed to the service-driven nature of human resources. She specializes in helping businesses navigate complex employee relations issues, align people practices with organizational goals, and build strong, compliant workplace cultures. Known for her composed, empathetic consulting style, Annie is both solution-oriented and people-centric, balancing the needs of employees with the strategic priorities of the businesses Xenium serves.
Her leadership and impact have been recognized with the Xenium Leadership Award in both 2023 and 2024, reflecting her dedication to excellence, meaningful relationships, and the development of others.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Guilford College. Outside of work, Annie enjoys traveling, writing, and spending quality time with her spouse and three dogs in North Carolina.
