Xenium partners with Canopy to offer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through the Professional Employer Organization model. Canopy is an Oregon-based, privately held, mental health organization headquartered in Portland. They have been providing quality EAP services to local, regional and national employers since 1979. Their reputation as a leader in EAP services is built upon innovative, effective, preventive, timely, cost-effective services and a willingness to respond to the changing needs of their client organizations.
The EAP is a high value/low cost, employer-paid service helping employers, employees and their dependents address mental/emotional/behavioral issues arising on or off the worksite that interfere with employee productivity.
