Molly has worn a few hats here at Xenium, starting about 10 years ago as an Onsite HR Generalist at a Xenium client’s location. She jumped around quite a bit over her last 10 years with Xenium, working as an Onsite with multiple clients, utilizing her payroll expertise to convert companies from other payroll platforms to Xenium’s platform. All of that experience prepared her for coming in-house to our Tualatin headquarters in October of 2019 to join the implementation team as an Implementation Specialist. She recently came full circle when she again transitioned back out to working onsite with a Xenium client. Molly loves Xenium, saying that her favorite part of this job is working with a variety of clients in a team environment.
Prior to her many roles at Xenium, she earned her degree from Oregon State University as well as became certified as a Certified Payroll Specialist. She then worked for 10 years as an HR/Recruiter/Benefits Specialist in the medical industry.
Molly has lived in Oregon her entire life, and her favorite parts of this beautiful state are the beach and attending OSU sporting events. She enjoys her free time with both of her daughters away at college, although she loves spending time with them during visits. She also loves trying new restaurants, live music, and exploring all that Oregon has to offer.
