Craig is an experienced and versatile HR professional currently serving as an On-Site HR Generalist at Xenium. In this part-time role at Serendipity Center, a school for students with behavioral and mental health needs, Craig handles recruitment, employee relations, and collaborates closely with case managers, interventionists, teachers, and para-educators.
Prior to joining Xenium, Craig gained valuable HR experience through internships and full-time positions in Portland. He worked as an HR Coordinator at Opus Agency, assisting with corporate event staffing. He then spent nearly 3 years as an HR Generalist at Organically Grown Company, managing all non-executive recruitment, employee relations, orientations, and onboarding.
When not at work, Craig’s passions lie in outdoor adventures like snowboarding, skateboarding, backpacking, hiking, and surfing. He has been an avid ski & snowboarder since age 2 and teaches his passion on Mt. Hood. Craig also has creative interests in art, painting, digital art, and photography. His diverse musical tastes span genres like jazz, bluegrass, indie, electronic, and hip hop.
