Ramona Reule is Xenium’s onsite HR manager for the Oregon Historical Society. A native Oregonian, she is delighted to be in a position to provide support and resources to an organization near and dear to her heart.
After graduating from the University of Oregon with degrees in both German and Journalism, Reule embarked on a career that has included marketing, communications, consulting engineering, and administration, as well as experience with nonprofits such as Habitat for Humanity. For the past 20 years she has been focused on Human Resources.
She has recently received a Mental Health Allyship certification through SHERM and is passionate about providing both professional and personal support to her co-workers.
In her free time, Reule is an avid traveler, hiker, gardener, and flower arranger. She is an adventurous baker and cook and rarely makes the same dish twice. If you ever want to go dancing to Abba, just knock on her door.
