Sullivan “Sulley” Stout is an HR Representative at Xenium HR, promoted to the role in October 2025 after serving as a Senior Employee Experience Representative. A graduate of Portland State University, he holds double Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Leadership, and Human Resources Management.
An avid scuba diver, Sulley’s previous work experience includes harvesting clams at the bottom of the Bay of Tillamook. He calls Oregon home and is a dog lover, gardener, weightlifter, and cook who enjoys the Discworld books by Terry Pratchett.
“Teamwork is very important to me,” he says. “At Xenium there is a strong culture of supporting others that I really value and appreciate. I’m excited to be a part of it.”
