How to participate
1. Choose one representative as the main point of contact for the survey
2. Have your organization’s representative click the sign-up button to register your company. We’ll then send you:
- Your Organization’s unique Access Code
- Survey in web-based and PDF formats in both English and Spanish
- Email Template to Send to Your Employees
3. Have your organization’s representative send your employees an email and other communication to fill out the survey by September 11, 2026.
During the open survey period, we’ll provide regular status updates on how many surveys your employees have completed.

How long does the survey take?
About 10-30 minutes. It varies by person and depends on how much they write in the comment boxes.
Can I submit physical surveys?
Yes. You can email scanned copies of handwritten surveys and email info@xeniumhr.com or mail them to:

After the survey closes, we’ll analyze the results from all participating companies and distribute the reports by November 13th.
What Does it Cost?
Reports are FREE for everyone. This is one of those value-added things we do for clients and friends of Xenium. If participating organizations want custom analysis or specific demographic comparisons, we charge $300
Can I sign up, even if I'm not a client?
Yes! It’s absolutely free to participate. There are no hidden fees to obtain your report.
What's on the report we get?
The report contains:
- some basic demographic group information, like the number of surveys taken
- your scores by category
- top motivating factors based on your population’s survey responses
- your eNPS score
- and all the comments
This is an anonymous survey, so we group all scores and comments.
Is this survey Anonymous?
Yes! We do not collect any personal information. Only basic demographic information and we do not share that with employers at an individual response level. We also disable IP address collection in the survey tool we use, so not even Xenium can determine who filled out the survey.

Surveymonkey for the online survey submission or you can handwrite on the PDF and submit it physically or digitally after scanning.
