Cristi started in the staffing industry in 1993 as a staffing specialist for a regional staffing firm, procuring new business and coordinating placement of temporary administrative personnel.  In the four years on a staffing desk Cristi and her partner were consistently in the top tier for overall billing for the firm.

Pursuing a management position within the company in 1997, Cristi was promoted to branch manager in Tualatin.  There she worked with her “exceptional team” consistently holding lead sales ranking out of eight branches in three states.  Her team was recognized as one of the top producing branches in the company at the time working both the clerical and light industrial service lines.  Regional sales management followed the success in the Tualatin and Portland branches.  Regional responsibilities included leading and developing the local branch managers in their sales initiatives and facilitating for the region during company reorganization and eventual positioning for the future acquisition of the firm.

Cristi is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist through NAPS and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).  She is the current Executive Member of Portland Executives Network and a member of Columbia Edgewater Country Club.

A runner for the past 20 years, Cristi has participated in numerous community running events and has been a member or captain of a team in the Hood to Coast relay 11 times.  She and boyfriend Tom enjoy all aspects of innovative food and wine, often preparing great meals and entertaining at home, then also frequently dining out at select restaurants with Tom’s daughter Hailey and patronizing familiar establishments.
